Records are kept in every organization. From purchasing receipts to tax documents to communications, records need to be identified and managed properly. A company's method of records management should be tailored to fit its needs. However, some basic concepts are present in most records management systems.  

With our Archive and Records Management workshop, your participants will discover the basic elements of records management programs and various ways to manage records.
